1. Free Shipping

FIFOILE currently offers free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

2. Order Processing & Shipping Time

  1. In-Stock Items
    Orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours after successful payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  2. Pre-Order / Out-of-Stock Items
    If an item is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, the shipping period will not exceed 90 days. The expected timeline will be clearly indicated on the product page. You may contact us at any time during the pre-order period for updates.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Please note that all delivery times are estimates:

  • Domestic Delivery (Mainland China, excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan):
    Estimated 2–3 business days after shipment. Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer.

  • International Delivery (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and overseas regions):
    Estimated 10–20 business days after shipment. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, or seasonal logistics delays.

4. Important Notes

  • Delivery time is counted from when the courier scans and enters the parcel into the system, not from the date of order.

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

  • Delays due to force majeure (e.g., weather, traffic control, customs inspection) will be communicated via your provided contact details.

  • You may track your order in real time using the tracking number provided.
