To ensure your peace of mind, we have established the following comprehensive service policy.

 

1. 15-Day Unconditional Return

You may request a return within 15 calendar days of receiving your order (based on the delivery date shown in tracking information), provided the item meets the following conditions:

Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged; 

All tags, original packaging, and accessories remain intact;

The item is in resalable condition.

Please note: Due to their personalized nature, customized items are not eligible for return. We recommend careful consideration before placing such orders.

 

2. Return Shipping Costs

Domestic Orders (Mainland China):
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We kindly suggest using a traceable shipping method. FIFOILE does not accept collect-on-delivery parcels.

International Orders:
Return shipping costs, along with any applicable customs duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer. Please select a reliable international carrier and include the original order details inside the package to facilitate prompt processing.

 

3. Return Process

Submit a Request
Initiate a return or exchange through your FIFOILE account or by contacting Customer Service. Please include your order number, item details, and reason for return.

Ship the Item
Once your request is confirmed, carefully package the item and send it to the designated return address (please contact Customer Service for the specific address). We recommend retaining the shipping receipt for reference.

Inspection and Refund
Upon receipt and verification that the item meets our return policy, a refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the transaction.

 

4. Returned Item Condition

Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached, free of signs of wear, washing, or damage.

All accessories, gifts, and invoices (if included) must be returned with the item.

Should a returned item not meet these conditions, we will contact you to arrange return shipment at your expense.

 

5. Quality Concerns

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect (e.g., damage, stains, or visible flaws), please notify Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt, providing clear photos or video documentation. Upon verification, we will offer a complimentary return or exchange and cover the reasonable associated shipping costs.

 

6. Complimentary Button Service

We understand that small details matter. Should a button from your FIFOILE garment be misplaced, you may contact Customer Service to request a complimentary replacement button. We will make every effort to match the original style.

Kindly note: While the button itself is provided free of charge, shipping costs for the button will be the responsibility of the customer. Customer Service will confirm the applicable postage upon request.
